On August 24, 2026 Guangxi Science and Technology Award Conference was held in Nanning. Chesir, a subsidiary of Global New Material International, won the Second Prize of Guangxi Award for Scientific and Technological Advancement for its project of “Innovation in the Preparation Technology of Novel Synthetic Mica-Based Pearl Pigments and Its Applications.”

The project comprises of related products, technologies, multiple invention patents, and academic papers, directly addressing the industrial challenges in synthetic mica substrate preparation. By leveraging independently developed artificial synthetic mica separation equipment, it significantly improves raw material utilization and production efficiency, overcoming key technological barriers in the industry.

The technology has now achieved large-scale industrial application, with its products widely used in high-end cosmetics, automotive, plastics, industrial coatings, and eco-friendly packaging. It meets the stringent compliance standards of both China and European Union, significantly advancing the domestic substitution of key materials.

In the future, Global New Material International will continue to increase R&D investment, focus on mastering core technologies for high-end functional materials, and promote high-quality development of the new materials industry.
