【Company News】On September 28th, Vice General Manager Wang Lintan led a team to conduct pre-festival safety inspections at Guangxi Chesir Pearl Material Co., Ltd. It aimed to strengthen safety regulations, thoroughly carry out hazard inspection, closely monitor key production links, and prevent various risks and hazards to ensure the orderly conduct of production and business activities during the festival period.

The inspection team visited key locations such as production workshops, raw material and finished product warehouses, power distribution rooms, and fire stations, and conducted detailed on-site inspections of the implementation of various safety measures. The inspection covered aspects such as the implementation of daily safety management systems, the safety performance of department heads, the records of employee safety training and emergency drills, the maintenance and upkeep of special equipment and fire-fighting facilities, electrical safety regulations, and the arrangements for holiday duty. Wang Lintan instructed each responsible department to immediately establish a list of identified problems and hazards, clearly define the time frame for rectification and the person in-charge, ensure the completion of rectification, and draw lessons from this to continuously enhance safety.

Wang Lintan emphasized that safety tolerates zero slackness or carelessness. Department leads must consistently establish the concept of safe production and development, with a sense of responsibility and a resoluteness of action-taking, to comprehensively build a safe production environment, and firmly implement the safety responsibilities at all levels; they must strictly implement all safety prevention measures, especially strengthening the inspection and control of key areas and critical links, deepening the inspection of fire safety hazards, ensuring unobstructed fire passages and intact facilities; they must closely monitor the status of employees, strengthen education and guidance, and promptly resolve various risks; they must improve emergency plans and enhance emergency response capabilities, and resolutely prevent all types of safety accidents, so that all employees can enjoy a happy and harmonious festival and create a safe and stable environment for the company’s final quarter’s push and breakthrough efforts.
