The young technical teams of Chesir, a subsidiary under Global New Material International, won one first prize, two second prizes and one third prize with a number of hard-core technological innovation achievements. Chesir had previously won gold and silver awards in the same category in the previous session, and has been honored for two consecutive sessions, fully demonstrating the company’s strong scientific and technological innovation foundation and the vigorous innovative vitality of its young team.

This year’s selection focused on practical innovations such as process optimization, intelligent improvement, and green carbon reduction. After several rounds of rigorous reviews and debate competitions, the outstanding implementation achievements were finally recognized and honored.

All the winning projects were led by young technical talents:

• “Research and Application of Key Technologies for High Weather Resistance and High Performance Pearlescent Pigments” won the first prize
• Research and Application of key technologies for black pearlescent pigments, Research and development of key processes for Cosmetic-grade High Stability pearlescent pigments to replace cochineal, won the second prize
• Composite refractory precast bricks for synthetic mica furnaces won the third prize

The project covers core areas such as high-end pearlescent materials, beauty raw material processes, and production equipment optimization, directly addressing production pain points and breaking through technical bottlenecks, precisely fitting the high-end, fine, and green development direction of the new materials industry, fully demonstrating the outstanding capabilities and practical creativity of young researchers.
