As Chinese New Year approaches, I would like to extend, on behalf of the Board of Directors and the management team of Global New Material International, my sincere greetings and best wishes to all employees around the world. I would also like to thank each of you for the professionalism, sense of responsibility, and unwavering commitment you have demonstrated over the past year.

The Spring Festival is an important traditional celebration across East Asia, symbolizing renewal, reunion, and prosperity. What I find particularly encouraging is that across our business units and offices in different countries and regions, we see genuine respect for and understanding of diverse cultures—through the sincere sharing of Spring Festival traditions as well as the positive engagement of local teams with cultural diversity. This spirit of mutual respect and understanding forms a vital foundation for Global New Material International’s continued journey toward globalization.

Over the past year, despite a complex and rapidly changing external environment, the Group has maintained stable operations, with each business unit advancing key initiatives in line with our strategic priorities and achieving solid progress. Chesir has continued to strengthen market expansion and cross-selling efforts, providing strong support for Group-wide collaboration. The Hongzun Technology team demonstrated outstanding execution in advancing critical projects and commissioning new capacity, paving the way for the Group’s expansion into new materials domains. The CQV team maintained stable operations within its existing business framework while remaining well aligned with the Group’s overall strategy.

It is particularly commendable that SUSONITY made a smooth and orderly transition more than half a year after the completion of the closing. After the divestiture was completed, the team quickly engaged in systematic preparations for an independent operating system and steadily advanced various integration projects. This process places high demands on organizational capabilities, rhythm control, and cross-regional collaboration. The SUSONITY team rose to the challenge and forged ahead, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and resilience, laying an important foundation for the Group’s international transformation.

Global New Material International is an enterprise composed of teams with diverse cultures and backgrounds. We come from different countries and regions, but always share the same values – respect, professionalism, responsibility and cooperation. It is these consensuses that enable us to remain steadfast in the face of uncertainty and to move forward steadily in the midst of change. As we look forward to the New Year, opportunities and challenges coexist. The Group will continue to adhere to long-termism, focus on building core capabilities, steadily promote more practical and efficient coordinated development among business segments, and continuously enhance overall competitiveness. At the same time, we will continue to focus on organizational building and cultural integration, and strive to create a stable, reliable and sustainable development platform for our employees.
