In February 2024, the Phase II pearlescent material factory of Chesir was officially put into operation, marking the beginning of a whole new chapter in the company’s development. Recently, with the director of the factory, we visited the new green and intelligent factory. Now, let’s unveil the mystery of the new factory!

After passing through the gate, what leap to out eyes are spectacular plants and the beautiful environment of the factory area. Compared with its predecessor, Phase II project adopted a different layout, which shifts from the original distributed style to the current integrated and multi-layer style. According to the director, the adjusted layout not only makes moving materials easier, but also facilitates energy conservation and reduces land use.

Inside the plant, we can see advanced facilities operating in an orderly and well-organized manner under the control of an “intelligent brain”. Many processes used to be done by human workers are now done by automated equipment, largely reducing the reliance on human labour and improving production efficiency.

The director said that the Phase II project covers an area of 200mu with a designed annual output of 30,000 tons of pearlescent materials. It is now in a leading position worldwide. With “intelligent and green development” as the core design philosophy, the project is equipped with the latest intelligent pearlescent material manufacturing equipment. Production is controlled by an intelligent system with highly-centralized management and precisely controlled processes. It is online monitored and recorded in real time, ensuring traceability in production detail, visualized data, and more convenient and more effective management.

The Phase II project of Chesir is a provincial major project of Guangxi and one of the “Double Hundred Double New” projects of Guangxi. Its main products include weather-fast materials for automobiles, cosmetic-grade materials, materials for special functions and other high-end pearlescent effect materials. The full operation of the project will not only improve the market position of the company, but will also provide stable jobs and relatively high income for local residents. It is of great significance for boosting local industrial development, growing new quality productive forces, and enhancing local economy.
